With the aim of developing a new, closer and more personalised relationship with their customers, in order to get to know them better, build their loyalty and simplify their mobility, the company has launched an ambitious programme to train and digitalise its centres and teams. The aim is to standardise the skills and sales pitches of employees in all European car centres in order to improve the customer experience.
