Case study overview

Within KIABI, the Training & Development Institute is the training organisation in charge of the training offer and management for France. There are also training teams (1-2 people) in charge of the offer and administrative management of training in their Business Unit (e.g. World Services, Logistics, Russia, Asia, Spain, etc.). 

The objective of KIABI' training team is to put learners at the heart of their professional developments by means of an online training portal enabling them to fully develop their skills by following the 70:20:10 model.

KIABI also seeks to facilitate the development of recently opened countries as well as the opening of new countries by facilitating/industrialising certain training mechanisms, including the onboarding process for newcomers.
